New Patient Information
We want you to feel right at home starting at your first appointment here at Newton Corner Dental Care, so below, you’ll find some basic information so you’ll know exactly what to expect when you come to see us. Of course, if there is anything else you need to know ahead of your visit, don’t hesitate to give us a call—we’re always happy to talk to you! We hope to meet you soon and give you every reason to smile.
You can expect your very first appointment to take about 90 minutes, and while this might seem longer compared to other practices, it gives us all the time we need to learn about you and your dental needs so we can come up with the perfect ongoing treatment plan. Dr. Anjomi will spend a few minutes chatting with you about your dental goals and any concerns you might have, and then she’ll perform a thorough oral exam. Afterward, she’ll discuss her findings with you, recommend any additional treatments you might need, and then you’ll have a chance to ask questions. Then, you’ll be brought to the front desk so you can schedule your next appointment.
New Patient Forms
If you’d like your appointment to start as quickly as possible, we recommend taking a moment to fill out our patient forms ahead of time, which you can download by clicking the link below. Just bring the completed forms with you on the day of your visit, and we’ll check you in to see Dr. Anjomi nice and fast. If you’d prefer to fill out our forms in our waiting room, please arrive about 15 minutes early so we can see you right when you’re scheduled.
