Why I Became an Endodontist
Her early work as a research scientist at Massachusetts General Hospital inspired her fascination with solving complex problems and using evidence to improve outcomes. Wanting to combine precision with direct patient care, Dr. Biary pursued dentistry and found her calling in endodontics, where she can both relieve pain and preserve natural teeth.
My Educational Background
Dr. Biary began her academic journey at Wellesley College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Biology. Her passion for science and research led her to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she completed a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, and specialized further with an Advanced Education Certificate in Endodontics. She was named a Tufts Dean’s Research Scholar and now teaches part-time in the Department of Endodontics. Dr. Biary has received multiple awards for clinical skill and research, and she is an active and proud member of the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association.
